@tapedragon7: What is an LVN? 📉 An LVN (Low Volume Node) is a price area where very little trading activity occurred compared to surrounding prices. On a volume profile, it appears as a thin section between high-volume areas. Why does it matter? LVNs represent price rejection and inefficiency. The market usually moves through LVNs quickly because there wasn't enough volume traded there to create acceptance. They often act as support or resistance when revisited. Traders frequently use LVNs as profit targets or areas to watch for reversals. Trading Concept If price enters an LVN with momentum, it can move rapidly toward the next high-volume area. If price rejects an LVN, it may indicate that market participants are defending that level. #Trading #FuturesTrading #OrderFlow #NQ #ES_Futures #PriceAction #DayTrading #Scalping #OrderflowTrading #Bookmap #FootprintCharts #AMT #AuctionMarketTheory #MarketProfile #VolumeProfile #Liquidity #SmartMoney #Trader #TradingPsychology #PropFirm #ICT #TapeReading #DOMTrading #Finance #Investing #TradingEducation #MomentumTrading #RiskManagement #TraderLifestyle #LearnTrading #nasdaq
