High Protein Vanilla Mousse Solid 9/10 for me. ✅ What you’ll need ✅ 80g cashews or almonds ✅ 450g Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt ✅ 1 tbsp honey ✅ 60g chia seeds ✅ 2 tsp vanilla extract ✅ 80ml semi skimmed milk ✅ 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder ✅ Method Chuck everything into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour evenly into 3 serving pots or jars. Stick in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours (or overnight if you can wait that long).
