@nbcnews: A gunman was barricaded in a building in Midland, Texas, on Friday morning after a shooting killed at least one person and left 11 victims, officials said. Police later confirmed the suspect is dead and the active shooter incident has ended. The area remains an active crime scene and road closures are expected to contunue as the investigation unfolds.
