This exercise is like weightlifting for the fingers: we move only 2 fingers at a time, with control and precision. We go up and down: 1–3, 2–4, 3–5… and back. The goal is not to force. The goal is to lift the fingers clearly, stay relaxed, and keep the movement clean. In Major, Some positions use only white notes, Some have sharps or Flats ( black notes ) This exercise is excellent for finger control, independence, and strength. It can feel difficult at first, but with daily practice, you will improve fast. Do it slowly. Stay relaxed.
