1.	I go without screen time outside my session. When the session ends, I close everything. No checking in the afternoon. No peeking before bed. The mind needs space from the chart for the chart to mean anything when I come back to it. 2.	I go without other people’s opinions on my trades. No signal groups. No trading Twitter. No “what do you think of this setup.” The moment another voice is in my head, my own gets quieter. The only read I trust is the one I built myself. 3.	I go without trading every day. Some days the chart has nothing for me. I used to force a trade because being flat felt like failure. Now flat is the position. The days I sit out are the days that protect the months that pay. 4.	I go without revenge after a loss. The trade is over. The money is gone. Doing another trade to feel something about the last one is how the small loss becomes the big one. I take the loss, close the platform, walk. 5.	I go without scrolling other traders’ wins. I don’t follow accounts that post PnL screenshots. Comparison is the fastest way to start trading someone else’s strategy instead of my own. 6.	I go without late nights. Bad sleep shows up in every decision I make at the chart the next day. Protecting the morning starts the night before. 7.	I go without explaining myself. I don’t justify my trades to anyone. Not to friends. Not to family. Not to people online. The moment I’m explaining, I’m performing, and performance and discipline can’t share the same chair. 8.	I go without trading when I’m emotional. Big news in my personal life, a stressful conversation, a bad mood I can’t shake. Those days I don’t open the platform. Whatever I bring to the chair shows up in the trade. 9.	I go without the dream of a perfect day. Some sessions are messy. Some entries are slightly off. I stopped needing every trade to be textbook. Good enough, repeated, beats perfect, occasionally. 10.	I go without believing the next win will fix anything. The next trade isn’t going to change my life. The next 10,000 trades, taken the right way, will. I stopped looking for the one and started showing up for the many. What I avoid does more for my psychology than anything I’ve ever practised. Comment FIX and I’ll hop on a free 1-1 call and let’s create a private trading plan to fix your trading, personal to you. #tradepsychology #tradingcoach #mentaltrading #tradermindset #tradingpsychology
