slick back, water spray bottle mixed with a bit of tanning oil, hawaiian tropic oil, hawaiian tropic after sun. tanning from 11 am- 2:30 pm is best timing also.

Try using salt water spray when tanning!! Also I use the spf app to know when to flip so the strap lines are even

wear the same kind of top multiple days in a row, carroten gel, shower like 1-2 hours after getting out of sun, moisturize, and USE SUNSCREEN
