My dad cried a week before he died. He was laying in bed panicking because he was so scared to die. He called me in and asked me if I wanted to go with him the next day to get me a new car. Even when he was dying all he cared about was making sure I was set and ready to be on my own. I cared for my mom til she died and then I cared for my dad until he died too. I hope they’re so happy up there. I wish I could go with them

My brother was. The last couple days before cancer took him away from us, he kept saying how scared he was. That thought haunts me, it always will. He was never ready to go. He wanted to stay with us. It’s only been 2 months since he passed so I’m still torn up over it all. He was 33 with a wife and 2 kids. He deserved to live. He should have lived

my mom had dementia before she passed and the last few months she constantly hallucinated my dad who had passed 2 years prior. I take comfort in the fact that even though I wasn't in the room when she passed, he definitely was so whether it was his spirit or the dementia, she didn't die alone

he passed away from addiction suddenly and I read that when someone dies from an overdose they don't feel nothing 😢 at least I know he didn't suffer. I miss him dearly 😔

She passed before she could even light her cigarette, & that is the most heart breaking part because I think she just sat down.. & that was it, she was gone.. I don’t know if she was in pain, I don’t know how it really happened, but she didn’t get the chance to light her fucking cigarette before she was gone & all I can think about is how unfair that is…
