you mentioned one morning and some fun events that are seasonal. whens the grocery shopping, laundry, lunch, dinner, homework, bill paying...just saying your leaving out a huge amount of daily chores that need to be done.

My wife will spend all day ‘doing laundry’. Crazy thing is we have a machine - she’s not down at the river with those clothes! I can get all of our laundry dry done in 3 hours & while it’s washing, I’m going other work. When she does it, the clean clothes will not be put away for at least a week. I dry & fold, same day.

I work midnights and come home and basically a stay at home dad. even their mom admits I do everything and make it look easy. the only hard part for me is fitting sleep into my schedule.

I wake up for work at 4am, kids don’t wake up till after 7, I get 6 calls before 8am. Come home before 4pm - house is destroyed, sink is full, laundry just thrown in the corner, no animals have been cared for, kids say they haven’t had lunch. Her phones almost dead and she desperately needs a break (which lasts until 10pm) so I step in, kids eat, animals taken care of, dishes get done, laundry gets done, fix something around the house, kids eat again, they take baths, get them in bed and asleep, get myself taken care of, prepare for work for the next day, spend time on my side hustle, get about 4hrs sleep, repeat over and over. I think I’m the working dad AND the stay at home dad.
