can I say something? I don't ship Sadie and Arthur by the way but the way their relationship has been built makes me feel they're platonic soul mates, like they're purely platonic, they each have their own true loves that they lost, but Arthur and Sadie get each other on a level no one else does, their bond goes much deeper than anything else and how she probably see bits of her Jake in him too. I love them both and their friendship

I find it sad the fact that Abigail was comforting Sadie over her husband, and then a few chapters later Sadie was Abigail John being shot and Arthur being sick and the roles had completely switched

Arthur was a brother who helped her come back from the edge after losing her husband and being SA'd. Losing him too was the last straw, she never let herself love anyone else as long as lived

this was one of the first narrative games I got into when my friends introduced me to gaming. The way I dressed my Arthur was somewhat similar to what Sadie ends up dressing in the epilogue that I felt like she was carrying a piece of him with that bandolier definitely ended with tears
