Chicken Marinade Mix the remaining ¾ of the seasoning 5 garlic cloves 2 tsp Maggi seasoning Zest & Juice of 1 lime 2 tbsp olive oil Coat the chicken thighs. Marinate 2 hours or overnight. Veggies: Slice 3 bell peppers, 1 large onion, reserved ¼ of the seasoning mix Cooking Air fry chicken at 200°C for 15 minutes, then 205°C for 3 minutes. Cook peppers and onions in the rendered chicken juices with the reserved seasoning.
