posture and muscular facial modulation, for pics always shoulders back, tongue in the palate, pull your ears backwards and modulate the face muscles the way you think they look better and don't smile genuinely like when youre laughing and extremely happy but like a more chill and more lower facial muscles located smile

I used to feel this way till I realized that I genuinely just see people I love in the best version of themselves. It’s what gets registered in my brain, and when I see a candid of them not looking their best I don’t go “oh they’re ugly” I just know that the photo didn’t serve their beauty any justice and they have better ones…again it’s a picture it’s not “you”
