I wish companies would share more of their profits with the hard working staff that helped make those companies so successful instead of buybacks for shareholders and increased dividends for shareholders. But the system is designed to incentivize maximum profits and that means decreasing expenditures. So there is not much incentive to increase expenses on staff. It is what it is.

This may be hard for you to understand but just because Elon musk was able to get a trillion dollars does not mean he should want to keep it. Just as you and I probably don’t care to get 50 million dollars in our lifetime Elon shouldn’t want an exorbitant amount of money either especially knowing what he could do for the world if he didn’t have all this money
