Hot Honey Garlic Chicken Tacos 🌮🍯 Crispy, sticky, cheesy, loaded w/ creamy jalapeño ranch Ingredients For the Chicken: 1½ lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into small pieces 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp garlic powder ½ tsp onion powder ½ tsp chili powder ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp black pepper For the Sticky Hot Honey Garlic Sauce: ⅓ cup honey 2 tbsp hot sauce 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp soy sauce ½ tsp red pepper flakes For the Creamy Jalapeño Ranch: ½ cup ranch dressing 1 small jalapeño, finely chopped 1 tbsp lime juice 2 tbsp chopped cilantro For the Tacos: 8 small flour tortillas 1½ cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese 1 cup shredded lettuce or cabbage ½ cup diced tomatoes ¼ cup diced red onion Fresh cilantro Lime wedges Instructions 1️⃣ Season and Cook the Chicken Toss chicken with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until deeply golden and cooked through to 165°F. 2️⃣ Make the Sticky Sauce Lower the heat slightly. Add butter and garlic to the skillet and cook for 20–30 seconds. Stir in honey, hot sauce, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Let it bubble for 1–2 minutes until glossy and slightly thickened. Toss the chicken until every piece is coated. 3️⃣ Mix the Jalapeño Ranch Stir together ranch, jalapeño, lime juice, and cilantro. Keep it slightly thick so the drizzle looks dramatic on camera. 4️⃣ Crisp the Tacos Add a little Monterey Jack cheese to one side of each tortilla, then top with hot honey chicken. Fold and toast in a clean skillet for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and crispy. 5️⃣ Finish Open each taco slightly and add shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion.
