Not to sure I quite agree. More than ten years ago I was a bit overweight I decided to eat two meals a day I don’t really eat anything after 6 pm and I have lost around 25 lbs an continue to maintain that weight of 130 for 5 years.. so just my two cents

I was insulin resistant and had high insulin levels.. this did not work for me.. ADF and OMAD were the only things that help me reset.. you aren’t going to lose a thing until your insulin drops
