Overworking the medical staff is insane. This is coming from someone with Er trauma and being treated badly. I have so many chronic health issues. At the same time you cant overwork the people that are trying to save lives. These people are more important than the gov. Prayers out for the warriors of health care. Sometimes I will get a good nurse or dr. but rarely. Maybe if they got some sleep they might like their job more

Over worked nurses is insane honestly. Not only is this a possibility (driving bad) but they’re responsible for patient care too which is also very dangerous when they’re that tired. Hospitals seriously need to do better.
