I love your content. I’m 65 years old. I’m on Reta Tessa motts i’ve been on Retta for a while now lost quite a bit of weight. I’m down to my goal weight. I find the Food noise is creeping in, but it’s not bad. All I want is salad eggs and Greek yoghurt with frozen fruit but I’m eating more of that a day. Can you tell me what you think is going on there?

I had one like a week ago and had all those symptoms, it was horrible . Also dumping like symptoms, shaky , shivering, stomach cramps , diarrhea. I don’t know if it was a quesadilla or a small chocolate bar I had, or both
