Wait I have a tip: first take out the braids before u wash your hair. Then when u are done wash your hair ⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟VERY IMPORTANT when u take out your braids make sure your head is up not leaning down Okay.

when you have braids, any hair that sheds is trapped into the braids so it doesn’t fall/come out normally, so u end up gaveling shed from multiple days coming out at once so it is a normal amount!

Not trying to educate anybody or anything because obviously everybody’s hair is different but when I wear my hair in tight braids for a long time when your hair naturally sheds, it can’t fall out because of the braids so you’re going to have a lot more hair coming out because of the hair that already fell out before naturally, which makes it look overwhelming in my personal experience
