It’s so horrific I can’t stop thinking about this extremely tragic beyond tragic incident of a child floating away. Unimaginable horror! My question is, why didn’t the city of Laguna Beach close the beach, in my opinion when it’s that dangerous the beach should be closed. that’s just my opinion. Don’t get mad. I just think when it’s that dangerous you close the beaches or you partition them out with tape thus ppl have to be behind the red tape if they want to look at the waves. I’m so heartbroken and feel really sick for this family That’s gonna have to vision their daughter floating away for the rest of their lives. Oh my god, this is horrible and tragic.🥰😢
