Supplements won’t really do a whole lot. My clinic just said coq10 600 mg per day, prenatal . I was already taking these before working with a clinic.

you can get ritual at costco. Your prenatal isn't the greatest. Nature made is good. The brand needed and theralogix that I use are well rated and 3rd party tested

My doctor didn’t advise on anything but I just did my first and maybe only retrieval and got only 8 mature..with an AMH of 6.3 and a high follicle count…so obviously something didn’t work..I’m writing these down!! Ty!!
