@rebeccasekulich: Why does this street make homes so expensive? 🏠💰 It all comes down to the lifestyle. Abbot Kinney is one of the only spots on the west side of LA where you can actually walk everywhere. The vibe here is unlike anything else. You’ll find a Ray-Ban store inside a 1920s Craftsman house and pizza shops in historic brick buildings. It’s a mix of cool history and modern spaces where people live and work. Honestly, the shopping is the best part. Why go to a boring, stuffy indoor mall when you can walk outside and visit stores like Aviator Nation, J.Crew, and Birkenstock? Walking around here feels like stepping back in time instead of being in a sterile shopping center. I loved living in Venice, and there’s just so much to love about this neighborhood.
