Scoopable Nutella cookie pie 🍪🤎 Crispy edges, thick soft center, and that molten Nutella core… pure comfort in every bite 😮‍💨 Thankyou @cookwithshaaa for the best recipe. Ingredients 115g unsalted butter (room temp) 70g white sugar 75g light brown sugar 1 egg + 1 egg yolk ½ tsp vanilla 225g flour 1¼ tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda ½ tsp salt 210g chocolate chunks/chips Nutella (for filling) Chocolate melts (optional topping) Method Line a tray with parchment paper and pipe or spoon small portions of Nutella (about 2–3 tsp each). Freeze until firm. In a mixing bowl, whisk the butter until slightly creamy. Add white sugar and light brown sugar, then mix until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, egg yolk, and vanilla. Mix until smooth and fully combined. Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gently mix until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chunks. Scoop about 85 to 90g of dough , flatten slightly, place a frozen Nutella portion in the center and seal it tightly , and roll into a ball. Arrange the dough balls on a tray lined with parchment paper and freeze for 1 to 2 hours or leave in the refrigerator overnight Preheat oven to 180°C. Line another baking dish with parchment paper and arrange dough balls with slight gaps or close together for a cookie pie effect. Bake for 10–13 minutes until edges are golden and the center is soft and gooey.top with some more chocolate on top before last few minutes Let it rest for 10–15 minutes before serving. Notes Slightly underbake for a gooey center Bake straight from cold or frozen dough Keep dough balls close for that cookie pie look Best served warm with ice cream 😮‍💨 Save this for later, like if you love gooey desserts, share with your foodie bestie & follow @Myclassic.cookbook for more #reel #Recipe #cookies #foodreels #EasyRecipes
