There’s a misconception that the courts always side with the mother. they only side with the mother because most of these men don’t fight for custody. Once they fight for custody, the court goes in their favor. But it usually backfires anyway.

I just made a video about this as well. I gave my children’s father the time that he asked for, before we went to court. I cooperated with him and made sure the children were available to him on the days he asked for. And he DIDNT SPEND THAT TIME WITH THEM. I used that in court. I got primary.

The way I see it from never being in this situation is: they ask for full custody bc they think it's the best way to hurt you. the minute you act like you don't care they lose all power.
