fedex freight in my area has only picked up. $36.80 an hour, overtime after 8 hours. semi annual bonuses. .829 cents per mile. 401k match plus some. more than enough time off. Great company 💪

FedEx freight has been a god send. Pay is phenomenal, weekends are voluntary, every holiday off, great PTO, my pay never changes for any task, retirement is incredible, free health insurance plan.

20 years at FedEx freight and we're going nowhere but up! the spinoff is a great thing! Just hired 500 sales people. and they don't drop our pay when we go to the dock! people that don't work here and sit in on the meetings have no clue!

Bro everything you say is wrong I work for fedex freight in line haul in Florida. They do give OT after 8 and when you’re working the dock your pay doesn’t change.

Here in MI, it’s the opposite of everything you said. We’re not unionized but our pay stays the same when we get on the forklift. & we just separated from Express & Ground. We’ll see what happens.

Been there 12 years and best company to work for, will they go under I doubt it but regardless this company did the switch for a reason, after working city I hit the dock if I choose to and my pay stays the same, overtime every week and like you said location matters and where I’m at, I’m happy when that direct deposit hits my account 😎

I worked there for 20 years. Fedex will never be unionize. there was a terminal in norcal that unionized and fedex closed that terminal and opened another down the street. They'll never let it happen. I left for UPS for the pension and medical.
