creativity can help, too! write a haiku, try watercolor painting, bead a bracelet. creativity helps me a ton! and I usually listen to podcasts during, which feels like visiting and learning (depending on podcasts lol)

i journal, take antidepressants and go to therapy. i do these things and I'm still exhausted. so i want to add something - please rest. actual rest - without ur phone, music, or background noise. let your mind wander without any goal. i think this also helps me out in my day to day life.
