the sketch is flowing. it's feminine. it has room to grow and unlimited possibilities. it's softness ends in suggestions and invites you in. the line art is generic. harsh. finished. limited. it has hardened itself and has no room for my own feelings

its the "line weight" that's causing this. The finished line art is the same thickness everywhere, but the sketch has different thicknesses of lines. lookup some tutorials on line weight

I think maybe a softer brush! Like pastel or something similar used to the sketch!! You can still keep your lineart, but the texture of a softer brush might make it feel more flowy

Lineweight as people are saying yes but i also see a lack of texture - sure the brush is textured but compared to the sketch it has nothing, i would also add texture but thats just me

Staring into the void :
Line weight, trust, thicken up some parts of the lines. You can play around with where, either where gravity is pulling or where lines meet others. It helped my line work look way more like my sketches
