I think his all out was relative to where he was with Yorozu against Jogo. I’m of the opinion that Jogo and Yorozu are relative, with Yorozu being stronger.

I would say he was putting more effort into fighting yuta than you described, considering he was basically backed into a corner inside his domain. Due to the situation he was forced to play defensively so it may not have appeared as intense, but he still almost lost right then and there.
