@dabblyducks: If you’re struggling with hand placement when shooting a basketball…it might be worth it to first find your ideal shooting stance and alignment because this will dictate your ideal hand placement at your set point. Then instead of thinking about where your hands should be on the ball AT REST BEFORE you even begin your shooting motion…think about where your hands have to be at your set point right BEFORE YOU RELEASE. Then bring your arms back down to your initial starting point shot pocket without moving your hands on the ball. The problem then solves itself 👍 But also, don’t get too dependent on always having the correct hand placement in your shot pocket in order to shoot well because this rarely happens in the game of basketball 👀 #basketball #hooper #sports #NBA #stephcurry
