Potato Series: Episode 10 - Sautéed Potatoes Welcome to another episode of my potato series and today we’re making these sautéed potatoes 🤤 You’ll need: *potatoes *onion *salt to taste *fresh dhania *oil for frying *Any Spices you like (onion powder,beef cubes etc) I personally don’t add any *peel and wash your potatoes *slice them into rounds *don’t make them too thin or you’ll end up with crisps and don’t make them too thick otherwise they’ll take longer to cook *heat some oil in a pot *grab a portion of the potatoes and sprinkle some salt on them right before adding them to the oil *only salt the potatoes you’re ready to fry otherwise they’ll become soggy *fry until lightly golden then remove from the oil and set aside *repeat for the rest of the potatoes *once you’ve fried all the potatoes, heat the oil again and fry them a second time *double frying makes the potatoes extra crispy and helps them hold their shape when mixed with the onions *once you’re happy with the texture remove them from the oil and set aside *in a separate pan fry the onions until translucent *season with season with salt abd your favorite spices I only use salt in mine *add the potatoes back into the pan and toss until they’re well coated with the onions *garnish with fresh dhania Serve and enjoy 🤗
