Used EPO with baby #2, no tears, baby was out in 1.5 pushes. Didn’t use with Baby #1, 1st deg tear, pushed for 2.5 hours 🫠

Any other ways to soften the cervix if you’re trying for vbac? (Anything other than dates and epo) I have cervical stenosis so it’s hard for my cervix to dilate.

Prostaglandins are also introduced through semen which isn’t contradictory to attempting for VBAC, can you explain the difference? I really wanted to try this 😭

I was told i have to be induced due to gestational high blood pressure (it is controlled and my BP has not been high lately but the DR wants to induce as more of a preventative measure) can i still use this as a way to induce myself to avoid induction medications? (I planned to avoid things like pictocin due to to my own personal preferences)
