Hi I’ve been that colleague. Reality is I was handed this bs on the last of 4 back-to-back meetings (I don’t want to be in these meetings either) and had to hand it off to you because they should have gone to you directly but they had me directly in front of them. It’s a vicious cycle of incompetence

My dept is technically just me so I’m on the same team as infosec and we both use a singular request system. I see when someone requests them for a compliance check for the client….que a week later when they’re requesting me to fill out a questionnaire for the same client and it’s due in two hours.
