I actually HATE my brace, but on the side is a little clip and you can unclip it😄

Does your brace not have clips as well as the Velcro? I learned that the hard way lol always loosening my Velcro to slide my brace up but now I unclip all and slide it up and reclip and adjust Velcro.

the hinges on the side should line up with your knee. start from there. but unhook the straps before you move the brace. youre killing yourself. you can pull or loosen the velcro if needed to tighten or loosen.

Omg!!! The strap right below ur knee is the golden one it should hold it up if you tighten it. Also not 100% of u have figured it out but unbuckle and slide is the key. It gets a lot better once ur swelling goes down

I literally just removed off my son’s gauze and tighten adjust his brace. I’m petrified Im gonna do something to make it worse.
