It's funny how certain memories stay crystal clear years later 😂 one experience and your brain permanently files it under "absolutely not." I remember feeling sluggish, overwhelmed and unlike myself for the longest time. Then I found Eat Like a Woman Protocol by Loren Green through a women's forum. A few months later I was down 31 lbs, my digestion improved and I finally felt amazing again. My favourite one. Crazy how under the radar this still is.

My biggest regret was getting on birth control immediately after giving birth, my milk supply tanked and never went back so I wasn’t able to breastfeed my baby for longer than 4 months 💔

I was on the shot for 4 years after my first. I got off it to have my 2nd baby then opted out of BC after she was born because I thought I could track my ovulation instead. Anyways I’m due in November and they’ll be 17 months apart lol

I was on nexplanon for almost 6 years, got it removed in July 2025, tried for baby for pregnant October 2025, I’m 4 weeks away from due date. I am on the FENCE about birth control…like I’m so scared of 2 under 2, I am NOT doing condoms, I’ve always been terrible at tracking periods and ovulation since I was a teen and got my first period…but at the same time I like who I am without birth control, I like my body the way it is without the extra hormones or whatever.

They push for it so hard it almost makes you not want to get it because so . If I wanted it I would say so no reason to keep mentioning it after I already said no !! I wasnt even think about sex after my baby.

I declined birth control at my 6 week checkup and was pregnant again 10 months postpartum. It was unplanned but I still would rather be pregnant again than take birth control

I liked mirena. It made my pms and cramps sooo much better. The paraguard gave me the worst cramps and heavy periods.
