I got the 2021 model. My only 2 gripes about the car. 1. The backseat pillows are way too thick 2. There should have been an all-wheel drive option. Would be really nice for here in Canada 😅

I think CHR still needs more time on market to guarantee its reliability. The vehicle have been on market for less than 10 years and majority are still under warranty. It's too early to conclude that it's realiably

i gues the first CHR has been made at 2018. Toyota cars don't usually break down in 8 years of service. in fact Toyota gives guarantee up to 10 years on their cars

They're reliable because Toyota builds relationships with their subcomponent manufacturers over decades and value them. The likes of Stellantis go to the cheapest supplier, regularly changing and overcomplicating things.

My father in law has 1, 273k miles, never missed a beat, still on original kit except wear and tear items. He's been all over Europe and Africa in it.

Theres an engineer that i watch on YouTube that does car builds, and he says that Toyota and Porche are the only two car makers that design the entire car as a system rather than have a different team for each part. He says thats why they're the two brands that keep their value the most over time.

Upgrade to a Lexus. Same reliability if not better, but classier 💪😁

We test drove a 2016 CHR with 70,000 miles last month and it felt brand new. No creaks or rattles, everything felt very very solid.

Still love the way they look too. When I saw one pass me in Dublin for the first time, I thought it was a concept car.
