People can hate, but when you've worked 2A-11A, 8-8, non consecutive days off, all holidays, every weekend, and everything in between, the structure of M-F 9-5 cannot be beat.

Kids are 21 and 26 so they do them where they live. Up at 7:15, get the dogs food, get back in bed until 8. Commute is 45 feet so I don’t want to rush. Work 2 hours, take a walk & do some housework for 30, work another 2, go to the gym and clean up for 2 hours; work another 2, walk again, finish out the day.
