It cost me over $4000 to get my abs on my F150 fixed. No one else in my area could fix it they told me Ford had to program it.

it took them 8 months to fix my buddies F-150 and he had to make payments them whole 8 months and they didn't give him a loner car

Refuse to pay oem techs a generous salary so it causes a lack of technicians? So the people start fixing/hiring to have it done… Manufacturers “should we raise the wage and benefits for technicians?” Hell no, let’s make it to where we’re the only ones that can work on it. 🤦🏻♂️

This is the reason farmers had a lawsuit against John Deere because they had to wait for technicians to come from John Deere andtheir broken tractors and sometimes it would be 2-3 weeks out while the farm was shut down??

The dealerships will hire anyone to work for them, just because it's the dealership. Doesn't mean they have good mechanics. they will take any fly by that shade tree mechanic.And if they hire em to do jobs, and they realize they can't do em, they'll have em changing all or they'll have em.Doing something they'll figure it out, they'll have them.Doing tune ups whatever, and if they don't have any other mechanics, hell, they'll have a bulletin transpensions out and trying to build Em, they don't care. I have heard of dealerships getting a person's car to do break job on it. And sell their car.
