any idea what's on this peony? I have a row of various peonies along the side of my house. This year, this one got these spots on the leaves and got buds but they never bloomed. any thoughts? Will this harm my other plants? none of the other ones have this.

Copper fungicide will leave copper in the soil which doesn’t break down or degrade and will eventually become toxic to all the good things u want in the soil. Once in a while is okay but not repeated applications

I just bought a house and they did the peonies really dirty basically everything a peonies hate they did… surprisingly they did somewhat okay? But we are ripping up the mulch so will they survive a transplant or should I just get new ones?
