Sounds like I need some serious new hand jewelry lol, I have all of the above from hypermobility and I knit at least an hour a day, sometimes up to 8 hours on a flare day, and these would help my hand pain tremendously

so, my hand does all of these things but theres one more thing, started in the beggening of this year, my right thumb hurts and gets sore if I try to put it under the other fingers like you do in the last example, like of I put it on my palm and lower my other 4 finger on top, it hurts and get sore on the top extension of the thumb, and I still haven't found an explanation for that, it didnt do that before, and the other thumb doesn't do that too
