@shinichimine: Minori Cafe is a bright, casual cafe inside Ginza Mitsukoshi, run by JA Zen-Noh, the organization connected with agricultural cooperatives across Japan. That means the focus here is on seasonal ingredients from Japanese farmers, from fresh fruit desserts to regional drinks and vegetable-focused cafe dishes. This time, the peaches were the star. We tried a seasonal fruit tart made with juicy Wakayama peaches, fresh milk gelato, panna cotta with peach and wine jelly, plus drinks like Ise matcha latte and Hakata Amaou latte. Everything tasted natural, not overly sweet, and honestly pretty reasonable for the quality—especially for Ginza.
