yeah, the damage done to your organs by severe malnutrition is rarely not fatal. it's why anorexia has been a leading cause of death in young women for decades. and why it's so important that we have these conversations to avoid thinness being a trend because these women don't understand that it's permanent harm. your body needs calories. i hope ariana can recover and i hope she hasn't already shortened her life.

and not even just with size, heavier set people can be malnourished due to a lack of adequate diet/supplements that it permanently affects their bodies. but especially when your body barely has anything to keep itself going in any reserve, its so hard to get better even if you start eating well again. this used to be a torture tactic

i saw someone on tiktok saying that ariana eating excessively will be the death of her because when you are experiencing an ed your body adapts to the little nutrients that you consumed and when you suddenly change your diet and consume more food your body cant keep up with the sudden change

the problem is that people constantly talk about ariana's body, which pushes her towards the opposite direction of recovery. people have been commenting on her body for years, acting like it helped her, but we can all see that ariana has gotten worse despite everyone commenting on her body. i just hope people give her time to recover and stop talking about her body even if they're coming from a good place.

It wasn’t just anorexia that killed her. Her bmi was about 15, I know of someone who was at 14 and made a full recovery.

I just saw a video saying that sometimes when you are too sick, it’s actually the recovery that ends it. He had been hospitalized because of recovering. Since the body has shut down systems, then it suddenly get nutrition it isn’t used to, and that can be dangerous. And end in serious health problems or 💀Don’t blame me if I’m wrong, it’s just something I heard.
