@fitover50challenge: GYM CHALLENGE FINAL TESTING DAY 💪🏻 Scan results remained relatively the same, fitness improved, more pushups ups in one minute and longer plank time ⬆️⬆️⬆️ ✅✅✅ #fitover50 #fitmum #gymchallenge I can honestly say I gave it a solid crack, 64 classes in 6 weeks, countless steps, eating clean, no alcohol (in 12 weeks), hitting my protein goals, and even improving my sleep along the way. Water intake still needs some work particularly because I stopped taking electrolytes and creatine around half way due to bloating issues! But overall, not a whole lot has changed for me because I take my training seriously and am always trying to progress. What this challenge did give me was accountability and the chance to connect with more people in the gym community, which has been really nice. I also took more soulful rest breaks and read some powerful and motivating books. Shoutout to my girls, who attended a lot of these classes with me. Hopefully I’ve made you proud and shown you that no matter how old you are you can do anything when you put your mind to it and work hard. At almost 52, I can say I’m the fittest and strongest I’ve ever been! Grateful to the coaches at TBF, and ready to keep building from here!
