This isn't it love...that's a HUGE no no!!! Cats chew wires and play with them once they see they move like string. I'll stick with my amazon cat water fountain for the win.

I take my cat’s fountain apart piece by piece and scrub the basin + lid with dawn, and the tiny pieces + filter with water every week. No “Crusty” fountain here. Filter also gets changed monthly.

I bought 2 stainless steel fountains and put them in the dishwasher to sanitize. I just switch them out. Even the pump goes on the top rack with the cord hanging out the door.

I just put water in my cats food. she eats twice a day and throughout those 2 combined she gets the recommended amount and I see her sipping on water throughout the day

Yeah my water fountain bowl thing I got for my cats - no matter HOW MUCH I cleaned it, it got so dirty my cats refused to drink from it anymore 🫠

If you can’t keep the water clean in a cat fountain odds are the water your putting in it is not great. We installed a RO system and no more problems

My babies has this one looks just like a faucet easy to clean you can even throw it in the dishwasher washer. The only thing you have to clean really is the pump.

Never has any of my cats needed moving water to drink, and I’ve never caught them in the sink. Is this a thing? And what’s the purpose/benefit for cats to have moving water???
