For everyone saying we dont get it. WE GET IT. It was lazy and poorly done. It was a car chase thriller plus an alien. They didnt even dive into the DISCLOSURE DAY. Emily Blunt carried the movie. It was lazy and multiple people walked out of our showing

there’s a lot more to that movie. It’s a lot about consciousness and awakening, and that’s why you didn’t need to see the aliens until the end but most people are gonna miss the part of that.

The whole plot is so unrealistic, the point is that there's some impending global war but everyone seeing that aliens are real is supposed to make us all come together??? It's gonna be like Don't Look Up!

i'm not sure why everyone was expecting an m night shyamalan movie. it didn't have a twist? lol the movie is not about aliens. it's about our capacity to understand that aliens exist.to deal with the information that our way of doing it, is not the most supreme. it's about the human systems of control and oppression and manipulation. the movie simply treats this as fact. it treats the audience like it's already supposed to know we're not the only intelligent life in the cosmos. it deals entirely with our belief structure and systems. a lot of people were expecting arrival 2, or Independence Day 3. that's not what this is. it was a deeply philosophical movie.
