Just got my clear braces off a couple of months ago! I got them the same week I turned 40 🤣 I had them as a teen but didn’t wear my retainers. I only had to wear mine this time for 13 months - best decision ever!

I had clear braces while in college and did them for the same reason you did. I only had to have them for 9 months!

I had braces 8th grade-9th grade then never wore my retainer! Just had Invisalign for a little under a year as a 24 yr old and now I wear my retainers EVERY NIGHT!! Good luck!

I’m 31 and I had braces for two years. I recently got mine off in May. I also had the option for Invisalign, but chose braces! I’m incredibly happy with my results!! Make sure to take lots of Advil and Tylenol the first couple of days!
