As a solo player, 1k+ hours in, it still feels worth it. 😊The ones who think the game is "dead" rushed through/dont care about the story, focused on getting to endgame straight away & would have moved on to other/newer things once they ran out of content regardless. (as they tend to do with every game). Desert quest was definitely boring but Liangzhou has some good stories. You can skip Hexi and go straight to the palace, the storylines arent really connected at all. Dont have to do them in release order of youre not feeling it :)

If u made this video like a month ago id agree, but pve is eating lol imperial palace is fluid and easy to explore, on track quests and story, we got the skyward bign tower for pve challenge mode for pve sweats, we also got new sword trial and hero real with it and another new sword trial with a challenge mode version you can select. Not to mention slap fights, pokemon cricket fights, and honestly so much more that theyve been adding nonstop

i can honestly say i havent paid a single second paying attention to the story, i find it incredibly boring BUT there is so many fun people playing the game, finding a good guild is really what makes it worth playing for me

I’m someone who played since the release and never actually stopped playing, and I think there’s plenty of interesting content in the wandering tales especially. I don’t do pvp, always hated it and there’s no need to do it to enjoy the game. Those who say it’s boring are mostly people who speedran everything and have a lot of time on the game. Personally I’m going to keep playing and I think it’s worth it bc the game will get a lot more content due to catching up with CN. However, of course, it’s up to everyone to decide if they want to pause or stop completely. You can always come back eventually anyway. (Sorry for the long ass paragraph lmao)

I still love the game and everything it offers: from the story to the PvE and PvP content. I’ve just learned to distance myself from people who contribute more drama than game-based enjoyment.

I almost stopped playing solo. Then I started to play multiplayer (joined cohort and guild), since then playing is actually fun again. looking forward to get companion pets 🥰

For me absolutely yes hexi quests starts off kinda boring its basically chinese history but the end of the hexi main story was so cinematic and emotional and it bring all the pieces together so for me it was worth it and imperial palace was absolute cinema

i prioritize main storyline and solo in games so yeah it’s disappointing. i deleted wwm few days ago and pray i wont go back to it bc all i was doing was spending on useless pretty outfits, wasn’t much but was more than i should’ve. another problem i have with it is how normalized the usage of ai inside the game and among the player base is… but its netease we’re talking about so i shouldn’t be surprised

You don't need to play WWM every day; just wait for each update, play for a few days after each update, and then move on to other games.I think it's the right way to play it

I stopped playing waiting for the gauntlets and i dont even know if theyre out yet but i saw in china that the bosses only get harder by adding more phases. I saw a boss with 11 phases and i just cbf

my guild and i are always playing. i play for fits. some of my guildies play for pvp. a very fewww play for solo stuff. and then there is a handful of us playing to bully each other in vc after a long day. its definetely more fun with people. we have some that join us in vc once a week . (idk whats going on story wise... ive played almost 200 days)
