Here is a peak behind the scenes of finance women. This is the real finance girl vibes… the finance women aesthetic all of it! I decided to go down a rabbit hole and bring something different to CNBC. I wanted to look at liquidity constraints. The only way I know how to do that is to look DEEP in the system at the repo markets and IORB. Basically the SOFR - IOBR tells us if liquidity is tight… I layered in the RRP.. where money markets park their funds to see if we had some cushion. Now, I’m watching for a spike and then what Kevin Warsh will do. I love working in the stock market!!!

Awesome video and excellent segment! One of the things I love about Jim is how humble he seems as a host—he is great about platforming an expert guest, intuiting a specific question or thought he knows his audience will have, and bringing it up at the right time/in the right way to validate/engage them; unlock/reinforce an insight; or set his partner onscreen up for a homerun (ie “without a lot of liquidity it’s hard to go higher”). Love that he isn’t afraid to look stupid and is using his platform to amplify you! Awesome work Jess!
