I got a model 3, and it took about 4 weeks for us to realize our Rav 4 had to be traded in for a model Y, because no one wanted to drive it any longer.

EVs had the opposite effect on me. Too much technology, everything controlled through a giant touchscreen, and I never felt connected to the vehicle. The instant torque is cool for about five minutes, but after that it felt soulless. Very little mechanical character, limited customization, and none of the sounds or sensations that make driving enjoyable. They’re great appliances. But for people who enjoy driving, modifying cars, hearing the engine, feeling the road, and being connected to the machine, there’s a lot more to a car than being the quickest thing away from a stoplight. A Tesla will absolutely ruin everything else. Instant speed, the best stereo, amazing a/c AND the amount of time I’ve saved by not having to stop for gas is worth it alone.

I fully disagree with this. I rented a few EVs for a little over a year driving for Uber as my full time job. I got tired of dealing with the stress that comes with range anxiety. Also I have never experienced more technology glitches with EVs than with any other cars I have driven. Also the fact that Tesla forces you to use the screen to open your glove box is insane to me. I've driven a Tesla model 3, polestar, Chevy bolt, Kia Niro, and Hyundai Kona which they never failed to give me range anxiety.
