@glowwithella: Mint Chip Smoothie 🌱 We all drank these in literally 5 seconds after a walk outside in the 95 degree weather lol… immediately cooled down & felt better. favvvv smoothie ever. I multiplied my recipe x3! Ingredients: - 1 cup ice - 1/2 cup frozen banana* - 1 tbsp almond butter - 1/2 tsp vanilla - 1/4 cup fresh mint - 1 tsp maca powder - 1 small handful spinach or dropper chlorophyll - 1 scoop collagen - 1 scoop protein powder - 1 tbsp cacao nibs - 1/4 cup milk (add 1 tbsp at a time as needed to blend) - pinch of salt *if you don’t want to use banana, sub for 1 date + 1/2 cup more of ice recipe: 1. add everything a blender besides cacao nibs 2. Pulse to blend, making sure not to overblend to stay thickkkk 3. Shake to blend or use blender stick thing to help blend, if needed add more milk 1 tbsp at a time 4. Add in cacao nibs at the end and pulse, until thick and creamy 5. Serve & enjoy!!!! Top with more cacao nibs thicc enough to eat by the spoooooon 🥄🍦
