It’s simple, sweet, comforting, and made with ingredients most of us already have in the kitchen. No fancy techniques, no complicated instructions, just an old-fashioned Southern dessert that never disappoints. And no worries if you’re not a buttermilk person, it does not taste like buttermilk. “ lol One quick note: In the video, I doubled the recipe because I made two pies. The recipe below is for ONE pie, so don’t let the amounts in the video confuse you. Now tell me, are you Team Drama or Team Pie? Because I think we all know the correct answer. 🥧❤️ Buttermilk Pie 1/3 cup melted Butter 1/2 cup biscuit mix 1 cup buttermilk 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 3 eggs Preheat oven to 350 °F. Grease a 9-inch pie pan. Put all ingredients in a bowl and blend for 1 minute with a handheld electric mixer. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes. #recipes #dessert #desserts #pies #easydessert
