Wouldn't Lisa have paper work? Sounds like they were psychic, aliens, time travelers maybe? Perhaps the house was out of phase or time shifted and only Lisa and her parents were attuned to it? Her inconsistent behavior suggests there were perhaps two or more entities posing as Lisa.

lol that sounds like FRANNYS FEET which is a kids cartoon here in BC Canada Franny and her grandfather ran a shoe business and everytime someon b e new needed a repair she would try the shoes on and whirl wind into different places in the world and learn different people’s heritage.

This is a children's book named "What the Witch Left" by Ruth Chew. it was my favourite book as a young girl, I still have it! The magic drawer held, 7 League Boots, a bathrobe that made the wearer invisible, gloves and a box that helped you find lost items.
