Had a shoulder injury 3 years ago that required surgery & bc I couldn’t lift I gave up in the gym.. I just got back into it 2 and a half weeks ago , haven’t missed a day, track all my macros & am constantly scanning for some new information. Your videos have been a blessing bro keep posting.
